As Owners Representative for Washington Mutual Bank (WAMU), I personally performed all responsibilities of a Facilities Manager for the Bank to include site selection, programming studies, space allocation plans, corporate stacking studies, construction bid review and approval, construction management, move management and various other facilities management responsibilities. I also was heavily involved in the Emerging Markets Homes Loan Centers (Magic Johnson Division) of the banks loan centers which focused specifically on lower income family services for first time loans and refinancing.

The areas I was responsible for was the Mid Atlantic, North East, South East and New England Regions of the U.S. The advantages of Architects, Engineers and Interiors Designers practicing as owners representatives are vast and we extend our existing knowledge of the Design and Construction Industry to include Real Estate Procurement and its various nuances
